2 position snatch: floor + mid thigh hang
1x65#, 2x75#, 4x80#
snatch balance: heavy singles
75, 85, 95, 100, 105#.
then i did 2x2 at 95# to work on a little more speed
weighted sit ups:
3x10 with 25# plate
open gym
power snatch: one of the wods for our competition has 75# power snatches in an ascending ladder, so i tried to do touch-and-go sets for that rep scheme. (with rest in between because this was just practicing tng)
2 (unbroken), 4 (unbroken), 6 (unbroken), 8 (5+3), 10 (4+3+3), 12 (6+3+3)
strict press
1x5 at 60#, 1x5 at 65#, 1x5 at 70#
barbell rows: 5x10 at 75#
dumbbell front raise: 3x12 with 10#’s
shrugs: 3x10 with 30# DBs
face pulls: max sets. 20x60#, 16x70#, 12x70# (i’ve never used these machines before really and am still finding what my weights are haha)
dumbbell hammer curls: 4x10 with 15#
dumbbell wide incline curls: 4x8 with 12.5#
